Americans has suffered a long cruel oppression for which they have not had any relief from the tyrants in DC. This includes but is not limited to JEB who is both brother and son to 43 and 41. Why should we ever believe JEB would be any different?
Americans have endured the worst reputations, invasions of privacy, complete lose of all civil rights and criminal behavior on behalf of their government for which they American people are blamed. And the government has taken in as many foreigners as they possibly came to try and maintain power.
I haven't forgotten what the events of 9/11 have doe to this country. It is not the America I know anymore. The old guard suddenly became monsters and gave terrorism and season as well as organized crime.
Quite frankly I wouldn't elect anyone for office that has ever had anything to do w th politics. It is time the people took back Washington DC and never let what happened on 9/11 allow our government to become tyrants. There maybe an American Spring on the horizon in which neither Party has an electable candidate. Admittedly National Security isn't always a clean business but it should be a secret one which it has not been. National Security has been so loud that it seems as if it is only for the oppression of the people living in the USA and not the protection of them.
But I want all of us to remember the images and the shame the Bush family has brought ot the USA when they have been entrusted to lead. And while I will not dispute methods as I don't believe CUBA is required to follow the accords of the Genevia Convention, I am also not so foolish to believe the accords are applicable in any war for any POW. I just would have preferred these images not have been leaked out.
No doubt historians will judge Bush very hard for his actions and you have to ask yourself would you want another decade of this from yet another Bush?

JEB would be a disaster for education nationally just like he was as Gov. of Florida. Vouchers and teaching to a test are just two of his wrong headed ideas.

I would never think of your words that way. I guess because I want to serve my fellow Americans I feel I am so antithetical to who is serving our country now.
Really thank you for your service to our country. It kills me what this country does to its veterans. And I would make such a bad politicain becuase I actually would actually want the people of this country to have a fair chance.
And you are a wonderful person still serving this country by occupying wall street. So you are still serving this country. I would like to also but I am not certain my reception in DC would be warm since I would really shake things up.
Bring America into its own Spring and in time we will see if their is a season for JT to become a politican,

I'am Old And physically weak, JT. I have been in many battles and a few wars in my life. I was involved in a bloodless revolution in the 60's. It wasn't really bloodless, but as revolutions goes there were record low fatalities caused by the revolution. All I can do now is encourage the younger able body to get involved. I'm passionate, the mind is willing but the body is weak. Sometime encouragement can feel pushie, my bad.

I was talking about post American Sprihg. that means mass unemployment for Federal and State law makers that don't do the people's will. Tea Party members were not experence law maker. I think that if this Occupy Movement can remain peaceful for the whole spring season the will of the people will be heard , it will affect an opportunity for political change and people like you, JT. This movement is already bigger than the Tea Party Movement. It is truly grass root and includes Democrats, Republicans, independents, Tea-Partiers, voters non-voters, legals, illegals, all races and all classes. It's boke out in all four of the Nation. I didn't mean to but sweet JT, I was serious. I can't heap it if, my cup runs over with sweet.

JT sounds like you have a fire all up in your bones about Jeb Bush. He sounds more ruthless than he brother, I've seen your comments before about Florida, post Jeb. I believe W. poisoned the well politically on a National level. After this American Spring pass, hopefully people like you can become law makers.

Voted up and up! Our country has been a JOKE ever since the Bush takeover. What DO we call a country dominated by one family? A Monarchy, not a democracy like it ought to be. What do you call a country where you can be: tazed by electric shocks to the body, horrific mental torture and persecution via non-lethal weapons? A Techno-Fascist Police State about sums that up.
Hearing your voice explain the human-rights disaster which this country has become since 9-11 is to hear that they haven't completely snuffed reality from everyone's mind (like it feels sometimes). You are a beacon of hope in a wasteland of "extra-judicial persecution"!

Is that Jeb is yellow bellied? Because we had marshall law in Florida on 9/10/01 under JEB. And he has a mean streak a mile long and is particularly cruel to the disabed children of Florida. As for the Bushes being Elite well they can't conjugate verbs so I think elite is a stretch.
We do need a new day and a new vision in America but not a Staelin or Eichman but a visionary that can reign in the trust and will of the American people to unite and rise up and reclaim their own personal power.

I believe your right, let's leave the Bush Dynasty out in the backwaters of Texas and History where they belong. Now is a time for a new day and a new vision if we get away with it and are not crushed under the boots of Marshal Law for speaking out against the Elite. Jeb is not mean enough or ruthless enough for the fanatics, they are looking for someone of the caliber of an Eichman or Stalin to rein in the socialista and commies. I never thought I would be defending JEB but there is a season for everything. JEB ws just following the advice of his big brother's cronies. And wow did they have some really horrific cronies involved. The point was to defund education to shore up money for the war. Social programs are always the firstt hing to get ripped off when a country goes to war hence everything you can survey. JEB was exceptionally loyal to his brother. In other circumstances that would be considered admirable except he was behind the eight ball of that very conflicted middle eastern war.
Because JEB was govenor of Florida and brother to the president every lame idea George had became a social expriment in the people of Florida. And for this JEB will pay the ultimate political price as i dout he will ever be able to carry Florida after everything he did in support of his brother.
And this is all realy easy and clear to see nwo because it is hind sight which is 20/20. JEB didn't knwo the difference and like the Nazi's in Germany he was just following orders.
BUt it has crippled our military as our soldiers are less adaptable since the have not been educated. And the people who are older like in their 40(s) now have higher skills then children coming up. When I went to high school everyone took Calculus. Now no one does. I think I had atelast 12 math courses in college and just about as many scence courses. Graduates aren't functioning on that level anymore not even the Asians or the India. America as a nation is being dumbed down and it isn't just by one administration.
I home school for this very reason.
Teachers do need to be held to higher standards. When children fail it is a reflection of the education system which for the most part warehouses children. But schoolboards and administrations also need to be held accountable as well as the parents.
As for education JEB was just really poorly informed. It has been a disaster but one I think JEB can be forgiven for. If only JEB would turn it around and really start working towards imporvng the educationals system.
And GNelson, this entirely messes with our voting system. People who are uneducated can't making informed decisions at the polls. A lack of education means political oppression for our children.
